Mortuary Manor served the Toledo community as a functioning funeral home for many years.
Funeral homes are unique places. They witness grief, remembrance, love, and closure, sometimes all within a single day. These repeated emotional experiences often leave imprints on a location, which can cause both residual & intelligent activity.

The experience will vary depending on whether you attend a public investigation or a small group guided investigation.
During a public investigation, guests begin the evening with a brief welcome and introduction before exploring the building on a flashlight walkthrough. After the walkthrough, the investigation becomes free roam, allowing guests to explore Mortuary Manor at their own pace and investigate the areas that interest them most.
For our small group investigations, attendance is limited to only 12 guests, creating a more intimate experience. During these events, guests have the option to participate in a guided investigation led by our team or break off into smaller groups for free-roam investigation throughout the building.
During the night, guests will have access to areas such as:
• Former viewing rooms
• Preparation spaces
• Private hallways rarely seen by the public
• Areas where temperature shifts and unexplained movement have been reported
Each room inside Mortuary Manor carries its own atmosphere, making this former funeral home a fascinating location to explore during a real paranormal investigation.
