Unlike large public ghost hunts, these investigations are intentionally limited to small groups, allowing guests to work more closely with our investigators while learning real paranormal investigation techniques.

During these events, guests have the opportunity to explore historic haunted buildings, participate in guided investigation sessions, and learn how investigators approach communication, documentation, and evidence collection.

Whether you're attending your first investigation or have years of experience, guided investigations create an environment where curiosity, patience, and exploration take priority.

SMALL GROUP GHOST HUNTS LED BY EXPERIENCED INVESTIGATORS

Our guided paranormal investigations offer a more personal and immersive way to explore haunted locations.

These events are intentionally limited to small groups, allowing guests to work more closely with our investigators while learning real paranormal investigation techniques. At the same time, guests are never required to stay with the guided group. Those who prefer to investigate independently are welcome to free roam the location at their own pace, with the added benefit of having fewer people present in the building.

During the evening, guests have the opportunity to explore historic haunted buildings, participate in guided investigation sessions, and learn how investigators approach communication, documentation, and evidence collection.

Whether you're attending your first investigation or have years of experience, our guided investigation events create an environment where curiosity, patience, and exploration take priority.

Our investigators will explain:

• what types of activity investigators watch for
• how to approach investigation sessions respectfully and thoughtfully

There is no pressure to have experience or bring equipment. Curiosity and an open mind are all you need.
